Each MS4 operator forum consists of specific topics. For each topic, NYS DEC present on the permit requirements. Then, an MS4 Operator (or a representative of an MS4 Operator) presents on how they plan to satisfy the permit requirements.

The New York Stormwater Regional Training Centers (SW RTC) are a Statewide Partnership between Saratoga and Orange County Cornell Cooperative Extensions, the Central New York Regional Planning & Development Board, and the Stormwater Coalition of Monroe County & Monroe County SWCD. The NY SW RTCs provide technical trainings to stormwater professionals working in New York, with the goal being to provide the best possible information, education, and training to help better manage stormwater runoff and keep all of our waters clean.
